My Goals.
As Lieutenant Governor I will hold the responsibility to exclusively organize the Council of Chapter Presidents as well as our Fair Elections Committee. I plan to frequently maintain strong personal relationships with our chapter presidents across the state. Through this relationship, I will hold monthly check-ins between myself, CIA, and the Council to share ideas across strong chapters and those who may need some ideas at any given time. I will also implement a program pairing successful veteran chapter presidents with leaders from new or dying chapters in order to foster creativity. I also believe the FEC, though strong, needs a few small changes as Arizona's numbers grow. I plan to increase both the Governor and Lieutenant governor's budgets by $50, revise the FEC schedule, and maintain an FEC that is dedicated to asking tough questions and informing our voters, and is slightly more expansive in order for campaigns to run smoothly.

JSA Arizona has had an incredible period of growth over the past few years, which provides a base for making JSA a household name as well as increasing individual participation among each region in Arizona. A large majority of chapters, however, remain central to specific areas including Yuma, Tucson, and Phoenix. I plan to extend our message and grow JSAZ's strong roots by working with our Expansion Director to provide materials and workshops that assist Expansion Agents and delegates alike by reaching out to interested teachers, students, and administration. Providing what is needed to be a strong and long-lasting chapter is essential to the interest of new schools, and every resource those interested in JSA may need should be met. Because of our presence in key Arizona cities, each and every statesman will have the possibility to make an impact and communicate with the Expansion department based on their unique personal contacts, making participation in JSA a reality in schools from Albuquerque to Nogales to Flagstaff.

CIA is undoubtedly the backbone of JSA. Expanding the amount of chapters in our state is crucial, but maintaining strong bonds with each chapter is precisely what keeps those chapters running smoothly. Because of a new and future influx of chapters in Arizona, it is more important than ever to ensure the quality of each individual group and continue the importance of JSA in each chapter. Every school is unique, with different needs and different experiences. That is why I will work with our CIA department to create a strong and communicative council of chapter presidents. Communication a key part of retention, so to ensure the quality of each chapter and to share ideas from chapter to chapter, I will establish strong relationships with chapter leadership through cabinet and myself personally. CIA has an incredibly powerful position in JSA, and in order to foster more active chapters we must ensure constant communication and a wider range of CIA agents in cabinet who can maintain a bond with chapter presidents.

Through our Activism department, I believe JSAZ can branch out and communicate with those who make an incredible difference in our communities and our political climate. As JSA Arizona expands, we increase our need to connect and participate with organizations that have political affiliations and would like to share their messages. I plan to achieve my goal through activism agents in key cities who are able to work with our convention department and interact with those who impact their personal communities. We are absolutely able to bring new successful activism fairs to our conventions by maintaining constant communication and strong relationships with crucial organizations that play a huge role in the functionality of JSA. I also believe the fight apathy campaign is incredibly valuable and helps students voice their passions, which is why I will be working with our activism department to create displays to use during conventions and at chapters' respective schools in order to display what people believe in reach a wide audience and advertise JSA.

I am a firm believer in the idea that everyone in JSA is a fundraising agent. Simply by spreading the word about JSA and expanding throughout Arizona, we open our doors to countless investments statewide. My first mission is to fundraise through cabinet and provide the otherwise impossible notion of attending conventions to those who would not be able to afford them otherwise. JSA is for everyone, and I plan to build a cabinet that is willing to fundraise an easily attainable minimum of $150 each from members of their families and communities throughout the course of the next year. That requirement extends further to numerous fundraising agents who will be selected from various small regions to fundraise for their individual chapters, enlisting other chapter members to make conventions a reality for each member in their assigned schools. Fundraising for JSA is meant to be a joint effort, and sparking a passion for helping those in need of assistance is a major goal of mine.
